We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

‘Contact Us’ form

When someone completes our ‘contact us’ form we ask for a name and email address, this allows us to reply to enquiries in a helpful and timely manner. We will not share this information with any third party. These enquiries are stored in a database to ensure they are not lost in transit, they are deleted from the database at the end of each month (allowing sufficient time for us to deal with each enquiry).

This information is securely transmitted and stored. We store this information in a data centre in The Republic of Ireland provided by Amazon Web Services.

‘Careers’ form

When someone completes our ‘careers’ form we ask for a name and email, contact number, position, CV and comments. This allows us to assess your application and reply accordingly in a helpful and timely manner. We will not share this information with any third party. These career enquiries are stored in a database to ensure they are not lost in transit, and will be deleted from the database once they have been dealt with.

This information is securely transmitted and stored. We store this information in a data centre in The Republic of Ireland provided by Amazon Web Services. In addition CVs will be stored locally (securely) for a period of 12 to 18 months (to match against any future opportunities) before being deleted.
